This brief third and final text of mine reaches you, with a thoughtful but restrained delay, as the conclusion of an experience of disseminating the OD method within my work context. I understand that it is necessary to wait for the right maturity of the times, which for this context has not yet arrived. Forcing it is more likely to evoke resistance than curiosity.

I will adapt to a low-profile approach: occasionally sharing an article with the residents, mentioning it to colleagues and trainees, and purchasing reference volumes every month for my personal library, which I share with the staff.

I wait with the confidence that, over time, knowledge and interest will develop — a confidence that can bring encouragement to all of us.
